CITOC is dedicated to helping artists navigate and adapt to the ever-evolving music industry. Our mission is embedded in our name: Change Is The Only Constant. We believe in the importance of flexibility, innovation, and resilience in the face of industry changes.

Based in Chicago, CITOC Music Management represents a diverse roster of talented artists, including CeeRob, Damiete, May Star, King Luu, and Tali. We provide comprehensive management services, assisting our artists with distribution, marketing, and network building to ensure they thrive in the competitive music landscape.

Gunnar Axne

Owner / Manager

Gunnar Axne was born in Chicago, Illinois, but was raised in Des Moines, Iowa for most of his life. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago in May 2024 with a degree in Music Business, majoring in Event Management. He now resides in Chicago, running CITOC Management.

Gunnar has worked extensively as a Road Manager and Booking Agent for artists like Lil Eazzyy and the DCG Brothers, gaining valuable industry experience and building a solid professional network. He actively manages his artists, assisting them with distribution, marketing, and creating robust industry connections to support their careers. He has worked at Q Prime, a renowned management company based in New York that manages artists such as Metallica, Cage The Elephant, and Ashley McBryde, among others. Additionally, he has worked with Mercury Public Affairs, contributing to various PR projects.
